Betty Andreasson, The Most Intriguing Case of UFO Abduction

The best-known cases of UFO abduction seem to be ones with a lot of drama. The canonical case (perhaps because it was the first such to be documented) was that of Betty and Barney Hill, a young couple driving in their home state of New Hampshire in 1961, when, after noticing lights overhead, their vehicle lost power and they were forced onboard a hovering craft, for several procedures and a dire warning about the future of humankind. It was extensively researched (see, for example, Stanton Friedman and Kathleen Marden’s Captured!: The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience The True Story of the World‘s First Documented Alien Abduction).

However, this case is, for me, an abridged version of the multiple abductions experienced by Betty Andreasson, a humble housewife and mother of seven living in north central Massachusetts. She endured multiple visitations, and was able to communicated with the beings, to observe their craft, and even be taken to the home world from which the beings said they came. Yet, you’ve probably never heard of her.
